R.I.P! :(

what a terrible week it has been! first the bombing at Delhi High Court which left 11 dead and 76 injured. The blast was soon followed by a 6.6 magnitude earth quake!
as i woke up on 8th, September the day after my birthday, i was left stunned when i heard that a plane carrying Lokomotiv Yaroslavl hockey team crashed near the banks of Volga, killing the entire squad leaving behind Alexander Galimov as a sole survivor of the horrible crash. Galimov is in a critical position after suffering 90 % burns.

Well, this incident brings back the memories of Munich 1958, where United's famed "Busby Babes" met with a similar fate, when the flight carrying the players couldn't take off properly off an icy Munich air strip. As soon as the news of Yaroslavl Crash reached United, Old Trafford chief execeutive  David Gill offered his solidarity to the families of the lost ones and United have written to Lokomotiv Yaroslavl to offer support and sympathy to the club!

RIP to the players and staff who have lost their lives in this tragedy!
